As the Operational Account Director, you will be passionate about processes and the power of having “one way of doing things”. You’ll need to bring your organisational skills, high attention to detail and have the authority to hold the team to account. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools, knowledge and procedures that it needs to function with efficiency, scalability and consistency. You’ll help to ensure that the team finds it easy to communicate and deliver at a high standard, because we’re all on the same page when it comes to how we do things.
One of the most important processes which you’ll be responsible for is that of team training. While you won’t be responsible for delivering training (unless appropriate), you’ll have the important job of facilitating team training and making sure that everyone at Genie Goals has a clear record of past and future training, and that the training team is delivering the training that we need to function at our best.
