We started working with dwell for a similar reason to many of our clients: it wanted growth – and as much of it as possible. We then worked with dwell to understand what this actually meant. Together, we decided revenue would be a simple marker of success that would let us know we were on the right track.
Work began initially on PPC, but soon extended to email – and more recently social media and affiliates. By working across channels and alongside the active and inspiring dwell team, we’ve been able to bring together a potent combination of cross-channel marketing that makes sense across all of dwell’s outbound communications.
In just three years, dwell has grown its non-branded revenue from paid search 20 times over. Improvements in email were equally dramatic; in the first month of working on dwell’s email, sales increased 4.5 times. Growth has continued YoY and the addition of social media to the account has acted as a springboard for a new exciting collaboration between the two companies as we both move into a brighter future.
