James Stacey is the Head of Strategy at Genie Goals – an EMEA leading agency according to Google, with a client base including Karl Lagerfeld, Technogym, Mamas & Papas and many more.
Working in a consultative partner approach and with 25+ years of experience of creating new and lasting mutually beneficial partnerships, James is on a mission to elevate the digital marketing industry through sharing all his ‘secrets’, as he holds the belief that if every agency performed better in a truly transparent manner, there would be far more business for everyone and much happier clients.
James has three key focus areas:
- Building strong customer relationships – build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we have a deep understanding of the opportunities to deliver value to our clients
- Ownership of client services – discovering pain points and needs of our clients business, which can then be shared within the operational team to enable us to be proactive in our approach to account management
- Ownership of the onboarding process – Owning relationships with clients, focusing on the senior stakeholders when onboarding
