Strategic CSS Partnership Enhancement

  • We identified that CSS (Comparison Shopping Service) was an underutilised opportunity and leveraged Genie Shopping expertise to help
  • We implemented a fully optimised Google Shopping feed via Channable integration with Rakuten's interface
  • We established enhanced commission rates that were specifically tailored to the CSS channel requirements
  • We avoided traditional affiliate channel constraints by structuring CSS-specific reward systems

Content Partnership Optimisation

  • We carefully audited Skimlinks partnerships to make sure that content was the sole focus among tracked partners
  • We also created a shared link builder tool that was accessible to both internal teams and the PR First agency, in line with Industville’s goal of increasing the impact of their PR efforts
  • The team then developed a comprehensive partner database, to highlight existing relationships and aspirational targets
  • Hand in hand with PR First, we also secured exposure with Glamour and Marie Claire using affiliate commercials, and targeted The Independent, garnering first-time exposure in IndyBest, for trusted reviews and recommendations

Strategic Conversion Optimisation

  • We refined cashback, loyalty, and voucher partnerships to a select group of high-performing direct partners
  • We also implemented regular message auditing to maintain brand consistency
  • We tested AOV-increasing promotional codes rather than applying blanket discounts
  • Finally, we optimised commission rates during key shopping periods like Black Friday
