Genie Goals named the 14th Best Workplaces in the UK 2026

We are so proud to announce that we have placed 14th among the top 100 in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 List by Great Place To Work® UK.

Last night (Thursday 12th March), our CEO Emily and Eren, one of our amazing Account Strategists, headed to the prestigious UK’s Best Workplace Awards at Grosvenor House in London (the ‘gold standard’ of employee awards, if you will), where our ranking was announced and they proudly collected our award. To have walked away featuring in the top 15 small workplaces in the UK is something we couldn’t be more excited about.

In order to qualify in the top 100, Great Place To Work® UK reviews feedback from our team on pretty much everything, from trust and innovation to leadership effectiveness, benchmarking our employee value propositions against the actual, day-to-day experience of being a Genie. In short, it’s an evaluation of whether we’re actually living the values we say we are. Our result at Genie Goals is a stat we’re so proud of: 100% of our team agree that Genie Goals is a great place to work.

We’ve been recognised in the top 100 for 4 years now, but this year hits different. We’ve jumped a staggering 30 places since our last ranking - a testament to our commitment to inclusion, quality, and growth. Even as the digital world around us gets a bit chaotic.
