Sam
Head of Paid Social
Sam leads our Paid Social and Creative team and has been instrumental in scaling the channel at Genie, tripling its size in just three years. With nearly a decade at the agency and a background managing global PPC accounts, he brings a data led, test and learn mindset from Search into the world of Paid Social.
He has been central to building out our creative services, ensuring performance creative is grounded in insight, structured testing and commercial objectives, not just aesthetics. An entrepreneur at heart, having run his own apparel brand, Sam understands what it takes to build and market a product end to end, and is known internally for having the driest sense of humour on the team.

Jez
Head of PPC
Jez leads our PPC team and has been shaping Genie’s Search offering for over a decade. As one of the agency’s earliest employees, he has grown with both Genie and Google, building deep ecommerce expertise and an instinctive understanding of how to scale paid search properly.
There is very little about Search, or Google in particular, that Jez does not know. He works closely with our Exec Circle team at Google, staying close to product changes and ensuring our clients benefit from insight that goes beyond the interface.
He originally moved from France to the UK to join Genie and, according to team folklore, was invited for a celebratory pint when he got the job but was too excited to finish it. Thankfully, his commitment to PPC has lasted a lot longer.

Rachel
Head of Affiliates
Rachel leads our Affiliate and Partnerships offering with a rare 360 degree view of the channel. She has worked network side at Awin, publisher side, brand side at The Outnet and Ted Baker, and now agency side, giving her a deep understanding of how every part of the ecosystem really works.
With over a decade in ecommerce and affiliate marketing, there is very little about the channel, or the people in it, that Rachel does not know. She pairs commercial instinct with exceptional industry relationships, ensuring our clients’ affiliate strategies are competitive, credible and built for long term growth.

Hannah
Head of Partnerships
Hannah leads partnerships and marketing at Genie, acting as the bridge between ambitious ecommerce brands and the team that delivers their growth. She works closely with senior leaders to understand the real commercial challenges behind performance targets, then pressure tests whether Genie’s methodology is the right fit.
With a background spanning ecommerce, partnerships and community building, including co founding Women in Ecommerce UK, she brings both commercial instinct and sector insight to every conversation. She is driven by finding the right clients, not just more of them. Before Genie she worked on launching direct to consumer ecommerce stores in the pharma industry, and will happily dine out on those stories for years to come.

Imogen
Head of Client Strategy
Imogen has worn more hats at Genie than anyone else, leading PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates before stepping into Head of Client Strategy & Delivery. With over 10 years at the agency, she understands every channel in detail and, more importantly, how they work together.
Known internally as our attribution queen, she leads on cross channel strategy, making sure performance activity genuinely ladders up to commercial objectives rather than operating in silos. She is rigorous, direct and relentlessly focused on making the numbers make sense, both in platform and in the boardroom.
She once helped pitch and win a luxury fashion powerhouse client after missing the flight to the pitch, proof that she delivers under pressure and is rarely thrown off course.

Tom
Head of Agency
Tom was Genie Goals’ first ever employee and has helped shape the agency from day one. Developing into Head of PPC and now leading the agency’s operations, he brings over a decade of hands on performance expertise combined with a deep understanding of how to build teams and systems that scale properly.
He is the compass of Genie, steady, strategic and always steering us in the right direction. He also happens to have found his role on Gumtree, which tells you everything you need to know about how far the agency, and Tom, have come since day one.
