Engagement Rate

The engagement rate measures the level of interaction with your content, expressed as a percentage of your total audience reached or impressions served.

Formula: Engagement Rate = (Total Engagements / Total Reach or Impressions) x 100%

Example: An organic Facebook post with 1,500 engagements (likes, comments, shares) that reached 10,000 people would have an engagement rate of 15%.
